Recommendations? Looking for- Animated banner ad designer and Inexpensive Copy Re-Writer

With so many good people advertising here, it's so hard to know who to contact. I trust the Warriors' advice here.

I'm looking for an excellent banner ad designer. I need some ads that are professional quality. I will also need that company to also assist with namecards, flyer design, etc.

Looking for someone to re-word some of my original content for article marketing. On this one, price is important because there will be very high volume of the next few years.

Appreciate your recommendations.
