What details does a good JV page include?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi, I'm launching my first non-free WSO in a few weeks and would like to cross all the t's in the meantime. What details should a good JV page include?

I've seen many pages but they are quite inconsistent in their approach. The 2 staples are a video explanation along with optin form.

What else should be included? Email swipes? Graphical Elements? Review Access?

Provide
URLs of your sales page
Affiliate link generator
Blog posts
Email copies
Review copies

Graphics
Banners promoting the product (different sizes + shapes)
ebook covers (different sizes)

Don't forget to provide a method for them to contact you
