Paypal Dispute Help Please

I need some help fellow warriors. I purchased a WSO that absolutely sucked. The support service sucked, the product sucked everything sucked about it haha so it came with a 60 day money back guarantee. I sent an email requesting a refund and was emailed right back requesting more information (transaction number blah blah blah) I replied right back with that info and never heard back from them I sent 2 other emails requesting refund and never heard anything back. I have had enough it was a sizeable amount of money (over $100) and want to get paypal involved (which is how I paid) but when I go to dispute the charge the only choices I have are that I didn't receive the product (which i technically did) and I didn't authorize the payment (which I did) so I am not sure what to do now.

Anyone else run into this and what did you do?

Thanks

When you tick the 'I did not receive the product' a list of other options appear on the next page such as the product was not as described, etc.

      1. follow through on the paypal dispute, as mentioned above "didn't receive product." If the product was not what it was listed as, then you have a fair chance to get your funds back.

      2. please leave a factual review on the thread. Express your concerns of what the product was lacking, and be sure to re-read the sales page because that should have told you what you could expect. Statements like "this sucks" will get deleted, so post with a clear head.

      3. be more cautious of your future purchases. Be sure to know who you are buying from.

Thanks Jill it was when I first started this and was somewhat naive not that I am full of wisdom now haha. I did go back to the WSO about 2 weeks after I filed my refund request and the thread was loaded with things like this product has no customer service, doesn't work etc etc .... but I have done a review of it on my resource website so hopefully i will be able to help other people so they don't have to go through the same crap.

        Thanks for your advice

What is the refund policy that was on the WSO? You do know that Paypal doesn't support digital products.

There are crooks that cheat for $1 as well, so you need to read the reviews and see what that member profile looks like and then purchase.

I am trying to figure out a $8.00 payment that went to the Paypal@WarriorPlus.com
instead of going to the OP.

I know for sure I spent more than $8.00 worth of time.

I am trying to learn so, I don't make the same mistake again.

It was a 60 day money back guarantee on the WSO and no I didn't realize it doesn't support digital products. Is that meaning ebooks and such or actual programs as well?

If there is a stated refund policy on the WSO and they have refused to give you a refund, contact a moderator and tell them. If there is a refund policy on a WSO, they must honor it or get their WSO closed down.

Fortunately i never been in this type of tricky situation. I think they must have refund policy. You need to take this change.

I would also PM the creator, here in the forum.

Sometimes emails can tend to end up in a spam folder.

I would also see if the product creator had a support desk and contact them through that.

When it comes to buying WSO's you do need to reseach the product and the creator thoroughly before you part with your money.

I got burned big time with a Word Press theme that supposedly included updates and support for life. With-in two months the creator of the WSO, sold his site, deleted his support desk and was never heard from again...

Oh well. Now I know better....

I run a membership site and some people don't have the same questions about opening a dispute. They do it, just to ask a refund, without first contacting me, and yes they use the "not received" option despite not being relevant. Several have been using it just to cancel their membership. It works fine with me because I just refund and don't argue at all, they could have had the exact same result emailing me, but I don't mind doing it via a dispute, I just hope too many of them won't be a problem for my paypal account. It's not happening, I just hope it is not a concern.

Honestly, most probably you will lose. Like 99% chance. Contact the mods to ban that guy. File a cc chargeback to finish him off.

It's not that critical. Paypal is very serious these days specially about digital products. The seller must reply to your dispute. If not, you can change it into a refund claim. Still if they don't reply within the time given by paypal, you'll get refunded by paypal. I don't know what happens if they don't have money in that particular account.

Paypal is more working for buyers than sellers. So, don't worry much about money.

Personally, I buy only when I clearly know what's in it. There is no magic method in any product. So, anybody trying to hide things under tricky copies never really attract me. Rather, I stay away from them. Because most of the time, tricky copies lead to stupid products.

    Start a charge back.

I think the lesson here is that 99% of wso's do suck and are just rehashed tripe. Occasionally you do get some genuine sellers and i experienced both.

All he needs to do is reply to Paypal for you to lose.

Just wanted to give an update .... So I did what you guys said and I filed it saying that it was not as described but there is an option at the bottom that says do you want to give you seller a chance to give you a refund and also asks how much so I filled that out that I did want to give him a chance to issue a full refund. Well I received an email today saying that the seller agreed to issue a full refund so just wanted to share that with everyone.

    Have a great night

That was easy. That always is. But now the biggest question is

What are you planning to do with this $100 to make it $200?
