I need some help fellow warriors. I purchased a WSO that absolutely sucked. The support service sucked, the product sucked everything sucked about it haha so it came with a 60 day money back guarantee. I sent an email requesting a refund and was emailed right back requesting more information (transaction number blah blah blah) I replied right back with that info and never heard back from them I sent 2 other emails requesting refund and never heard anything back. I have had enough it was a sizeable amount of money (over $100) and want to get paypal involved (which is how I paid) but when I go to dispute the charge the only choices I have are that I didn't receive the product (which i technically did) and I didn't authorize the payment (which I did) so I am not sure what to do now.
Anyone else run into this and what did you do?
