Yes , there is a section for this. However , you would need to have more than 24 post to be able to list your site or domain name for sale on DF

I, surprisingly, sold a site through http://www.dealasite.com/ for about 12x monthly revenue. Most of the listings there are fakes, but they have traffic so I did what I could to make sure people knew my listing was real and I found a buyer rather quickly.

However, they don't process the payments so that's something you and the buyer have to work out.

So, how did you work-out the payment from your buyer? I'm thinking by money remittance if the buyer have access to one.

Why doesn't the OP start a website which buys/sells websites for free? Would be a hit try cold calling via email though, if you have the patience.

Flippa charges a fee, but if you have an established site that will sell for at least the mid-high $XXX's then you should use Flippa and pay the listing and 2.5-5% fee. It's worth it to put the site in front of thousands of buyers for a week.

Is Flippa not free? As far as I know that is one of the most popular.

Flippa is definitely not free...but I don't think that as a seller you really WANT free. Free directories or auction houses tend to deal with a TON of listing from crap sellers...which pushes the buyers away. The fact that Flippa charges a listing fee makes it more exclusive. That's not to say you won't find some auctions you don't like there...or quite a few...but it's better than it would be if it were free, IMO.
