I'm using Screenflow and was wondering what would be so nice software to go from .mov to .mp4 or .flv

I'm using handbrake to convert my videos to a smaller size. It's free and works like it's supposed to.

I've been using the iWiSoft video converter, it's a free product that converts just about anything to just about anything!

iWisoft Video Converter - CNET Download.com

It's a Windows desktop application though, so not sure it's for you if you are using Screenflow. As I have both Mac's and PC's I just transfer the file to a Windows box when I need to convert it.

I've always used SUPER.

It gives great results, is free and a lot of other "fancy"
converters actually use this program and add a
"skin" to it and sell the same program.

It's easy and free to use and I haven't had a problem with it yet.
