Hello Warriors,

Still no success, I live in Ethiopia and all i can do with paypal is send money only, i cant add my Ethiopian bank address, but i have payoneer card. Can i open legal paypal account by using payoneer us payment service, they gave me a bank account from USA which is will be used to withdraw money from paypal, moneybookers an d others. What i want to know is if i can open paypal account using that bank account. LEGAL WAY. Guys remember i have been looking for a legal way to get paypal account for 6 years.

Thank you for your help.

The bank account may be from the USA but you are still in an unapproved country (approved only for sending) - so my take on it is no but you may want to ask Paypal.

I am from Egypt which is also on Paypal's blacklist.

Yes, you can I have added the virtual US bank account data that I received from Payoneer to my Paypal account and surprisingly, Paypal had no problem and wired the money to the bank account on the same day for free. The problem I have now is with Payoneer as they haven't added the funds to my Payoneer account. Actually, Payoneer have been s**t lately and especially after they started this new US ACH payment system; they don't respond to tickets and ask for documents many times after you uploaded them. Anyway, I will keep you updated when I actually get my money added to my Payoneer card.

Once PayPal sends funds to your US Payment Service account with Payoneer, it can take a few business days for the bank transfer to process. In general, US bank transfers take 2-3 business days, and officially can take up to 7.

If you'd like to PM me with your Payoneer account e-mail, I'd be happy to check the status for you (and also answer any additional questions).

Thank you very much, I have it all settled now. I will channel "herds" of clients to Payoneer after this has actually worked.

Exactly! The payoneer of today is not the one I know of back in 2008. Too bad.

I think its not possible to add the bank account to paypal because your resident country is not an approved country for withdrawal.

To clarify: Payoneer's US Payment Service provides you with a US account and routing number, that you can use to receive payments from select companies. For PayPal in specific, you must still have a valid PayPal account, that can withdraw to a US account.

Now, that's excellent customer service. Good job, Payoneer ...

In fact, I had been thinking about contacting Payoneer about whether I can set up recurring payments from clients, rather than accepting through Paypal (the client is welcome to pay through whatever they want to). I could get to you, Nissim, if I come to that stage. I would hope Payoneer will be able to help me on it, especially given that I am from India (not the USA etc).

i have a problem with payoneer on accepting more than $300 from individual customers who pays more than $300. i couldn't accept payments if a customer wants to buy a product that cost more than $300. but on your faq you said a card holder can accept up to $1000.

Your country would not allow PayPal. Right? In that case you may open a virtual account and then use their service. This is easy task now and it is also legal.

Ok everybody, I have got it all figured out from both Paypal and Payoneer.

Actually, I have successfully withdrawn my funds from my Paypal account to my Payoneer debit card using the new ACH virtual bank account system. Note, I am from Egypt so I theoretically can't have a personal Paypal account, but I managed to get a verified US business Paypal account a couple of years ago, as I ran a dropshipping business then, that I verified with a Mastercard from Citibank. So, if you have a business even if it is small, a website with some conversions will do, you can get a US Paypal account that you can link to Payoneer's US ACH system and get your money almost anywhere on the globe.

Actually, I have been in the arena of making money online for over 4 years and it sometimes seemed like hitting my head against the wall without a paypal account; however, for over 2 years now I have been successfully generating around a couple of thousands bucks every month, but now with a fully functional Paypal account, I feel the sky is the only limit!

I don't use any proxy and neither VPN. I just use my PayPal account as normal. I think what you've to care of is to verify the account immidiately after creating one. In my case, I used both VCC and VBA for the verification for US account.

I just received my Payoneer debit card via MYFUNLIFE program. I am soooooo excited I clicked on this link because payoneer was in the subject line. I was a little tentative about the payment system of this company because they did not offer Paypal as a payment resource... but now I feel very confident about the entire program.

Since they have reps all over the country, it makes sense.

    Hi yitbarek,

I think your resort would be obtaining a US virtual bank account. Once you have one you can set-up your Paypal account. These US virtual bank accounts I think can wire money to you via Moneygram or Western Union. But be sure you deal with the legit ones. Hope that helps!

    1. Use alternative payment systems such as Skrill or Payza. Yet, it's not effective because most buyers prefer Paypal.
    2. Pray for god to have Paypal approve for my country to receive money.

In order to use our US Payment Service to withdraw from PayPal, you need to have a valid PayPal account with the option to withdraw to a US bank. If you don't have a valid PayPal account, or you don't have the option to withdraw to a bank account in the US, you will be unable to use the service with PayPal.

I've transferred money from my PayPal account to a Payoneer's virtual account almost at the drop of a hat! I mean it was really fast! Faster than the ordinary load of payments.

First, you have to apply for a Payoneer debit mastercard card and receive a certain number of payments. Then you can ask Payoneer team for a virtual US checking account. They will ask you some questions about your work, websites and what do you want that account for.

Once the virtual account is set up, you will be able to enter the bank account numbers into your PayPal account and make money transfers.
On the other hand, I withdrew cash from ATMs and shopped at many stores.
    Good luck!

i contact Paypal about is it allowed to transfer fro Paypal to payneer
      Dear Mohamed Zakzouk,
I appreciate you contacting us regarding money transfers from PayPal. My name is David and I am happy to resolve your questions today.
The only card that PayPal allows cash transfers to is the PayPal pre-paid MasterCard. Here's how it works:
The PayPal™ Prepaid MasterCard® is a prepaid card offered by NetSpend®. You can use the PayPal Prepaid MasterCard to make purchases at retail stores, online, or over the phone - anywhere that Debit MasterCard is accepted.
You can add money to your card balance by using Direct Deposit, transferring money directly from your bank account, or at one of the nationwide retail NetSpend reload locations.
Here's how to learn more information about the PayPal Prepaid MasterCard®:
      Log into your PayPal account
      Click on "Products and Services"
Click on "View All PayPal Products"
      Click on "PayPal Prepaid MasterCard®"
Don't forget, we're always around if you need us. Just click "Help" in the top right corner of any PayPal page to visit our improved Help Center.

Add your mobile number to your PayPal account so we can reach you right away if we ever need to verify account activity with you. Simply log in to your PayPal account, click "Profile" near the top of the page and then click "Update" beside "Phone."

You can also make and receive payments with your mobile phone when you add it to your PayPal account. After you confirm your number and create a PIN, you'll be able to get money, send money, check your balance, or manage your account from your phone using simple text messages.
      Sincerely,
      David

This answer is technically correct, as there is no way to directly transfer funds from PayPal to the Payoneer card; PayPal is not an official partner of ours.

From PayPal's end, it's a simply transfers to a US account. So as long as you have the option to transfer from your PayPal account to a US bank account, you can receive funds to Payoneer. All funds sent to your US Payment Service will then be automatically funded to your Payoneer card.

Another payment processor that's come along as a good/better alternative to Paypal is WePay. WePay will process an online payment based on Visa/MC, or a direct bank payment. So even though customers online usually use Paypal, most of them will not mind using their debit/credit card or bank to make a payment, as those are also widely accepted payment methods.

So why not create account and verify it and withdraw the money from Payoneer. You mentioned that you already linked the Payoneer bank account to your send-only PayPal account. You shouldn't have done that because PayPal may not allow you to link the same bank account to another account even if you unlink or remove the same bank account from older PP account.

Today I added Payonner bank account on that account and verification process needs to be completed. I'm not sure how long does it take to PayPal to transfer verification amount to Payoneer account.

I also use US Payment Service to withdraw money from PayPal to Payoneer. Payoneer is great as it is offering easy money processing throughout the world without any boundary restrictions. But verifying a PayPal account using Payoneer in an unapproved country isn't legal at all. PayPal may limit your account anytime, but you can still take a risk. It is good if you stay away from PayPal to protect your hard earned money if your country is unsupported.

    Hi,
I have a bit os an issue, I verified my paypal account with my Payoneer USPS account details, must say trial deposits came in a day, after linking, I made a withdrawal request, below 400US$, since 3rd Sept. until now, my funds have not reflected in my Payoneer account, I have called Payoneer but they told me the load my card as soon as they receive the funds, though it may take up to 7 days. Paypal also told me they had completed the transfer and I should have received it by yesterday....still nothing...I'm confused

US banks consider business days as weekdays in which the banks operate - so weekends and bank holidays would not be included.

We do not currently support virtual cards/addresses. As a fully regulated US company and Money Service Business we require that all account holder information be valid and actual residential addresses.

In order to have an account with a US billing address, you would need to be a valid US resident with a valid ID number (SSN).
