Yes this is a big issue that most beginners have.
This is what i did when i started back in 2007 without list i didn't know what wordpres or email list means LOL

I wake up every day two hours before go to work and work on my blogger blog to make money as affiliate on clickbank...i did this one month and i was able to make at least $300+ then i scale my business and in 2010 i quit my job to be full time. It took me two years to quit because i was afraid but i was making more money than at my daily job.

Be sure you make a daily plan and follow this and do something every day no matter if is 30 min or 3 hours but is much better than doing nothing.

      Wish you success.

There was a recent thread just like this - what's stopping you from making 10K a month (or something similar). You may want to use the search button to find it. Has some good info.

Lack of programming skills and outsourcing a project to a company that was unable to deliver.

Personally, nothing. Everyone else? I guess it would fall under #6 in my view: most people who try to start an online business have no business trying to start an online business (cool, used "business" 3 times in one sentence). They're destined to fail.

The world needs cubicle slaves and burger flippers. If everyone could run a successful business (online or offline), then they'd already be doing so.

    I think most people suffer from "information overload" - not knowing what to do first. Well, the best advice I was given and I can give to anyone just starting out is;

There is no magic button - just get started, even if it is making money with google adsense (although I am very anti google - just an example )

Money will find you if you dont give up...

Focus seems to be my biggest struggle. I like all aspects of this business and spend too much time jumping around. Just recently I have entered into a coaching program. I have learned more in these past two weeks than my previous 12-15 months in the business. It's all about mindset and focus in my opinion.

Information overload and mindset of course.

An example are some of my buyers...i showed them tips and tricks but they are afraid to do it and i showed how i got a company with 90 employers to work for me with zero investment.....so weird my clients prefer to get coaching with me because they are afraid and don't have the right mindset.
Ah and the best part i'm not the best english writer or speaker LOL but i still can do it because i have the mindset.

It's not information overload. It's nothing technical. It's not strategy or tactics. Quite simply, It's a limited mindset that keeps average thinkers earning average income and living average lifestyles. It's always the mindset... nothing else. If it wasn't, then any obstacle would be overcome and we'd all be successful.

I think for most people the problem will be with focus or procrastination or not being sure where to start. Too many try a bit of everything but never see anything through and give up too quickly. Finding something that works for you and sticking to it is the best way to succeed.

I don't know about other people but for me i tis definitely a lack of focus. I have been fumping form product to product and technique to technique trying to find the magic pill. It was not until recently that I signed up on a coaching program and was shown the correct way to go about things. Don't get me wrong. Trial and error has helped me understand a lot of the things I am learning now. But having it all outlined to be the most efficient, the correct order and ignoring the stuff that is irrelevant.

I think the best advice I have gotten has been. Read up on the methods that are available to you, pick the one that is the most appealing and stick with it and only that one for as long as it takes to make you money.

    Thanks WF!

As others said focus on one technique, take action and master it then go to next one and have a daily plan.
