PayPal Customer Service & Account Limiting
Called them up and they asked for a few documents - took me a couple of hours to pull it all together and a quick call (straight through within seconds actually - i was surprised) I was asked some questions and access was given back.
Turns out the Credit Card I had added to the account had previously belonged on another PP account (another of mine).
Actually I'm surprised to say that the whole customer service I got plus the response time of the call was perhaps some of the best i've had in a long time.
Touch wood i never have to go through the account locking - but all in all have to say the whole thing was all pretty painless. Great service.
HSBC on the other hand who i had to call to get some documents to provide to PayPal was terrible. Passed from person to person, no one knew how to help me - one guy when i asked how to find something on the site spent 5 mins directing through several pages (click this, click that etc) until the last thing he said was 'and now on the right is a box with a women in it - call the number next to her and they might be able to help' - haha.. ridiculous really.
