How to find PR0 competition ??

Can anyone here find keywords or niches that have PR0 competition , I mean all or almost all of the top ten results in Google have PR0 ??

and when I check the competition should I type the keyword like that : "keyword" or just type the keyword ??

    No replies till now , ok just tell is it possible or do you use this strategy to start a new niche site?

    Sure you can. I go for LOW competition keywords where most of the time the monthly searches is extremely low. So what do I do? I write TONS of content so it adds up. (I don't mind writing).

      Thanks for reply , but I tried to find that low competition or PR0 pages ranked for some keyword I found that Google almost doesn't show any first page with all of PR0 pages , there is always PR4 or PR3 especially pages coming from amazon ,
      any suggestions ??
