    Eric Thomas is the man! I'm subscribed to his Youtube channel and I make sure I catch his weekly updates.

    The first video I saw of his was the one where you heard his voice in the background when he gave the "Want success as bad as you want to breathe" speech, but it was a video of a college running back working out.

    Crazy motivation!
