Need Helo iN Setting App + Redirect

I'm member on this forum for some time but started posting recently
My question is related to some methods I found here, But need little help in putting this together to work.
Need help
In setting FB app to Fb Page
This app should grab email form Person
Redirect after like to Landing page/ different target
I though of promoting it also offline so
need to redirect From domain to landing page
If Someone can help me in this would be very much appreciated
