I always send the Traffic to my Squeeze page but I had 0 Trust in this Solo Ad.There were extra $150 locked in my Paypal account which I was not able to withdraw to my Bank account ,so I got this Solo ad.It was like a Joke to me.But my day was Good.I made some quick bucks.Still,thanks for the advice Zannix.

Cheap traffic is cheap for a reason...

The person selling it has already tested it and determined that it doesn't convert very well and therefore the best way to monetize it it to sell it on to others.

What you describe above is not what normally happens when you buy a $100 solo ad and send it direct to an affiliate offer.

I would say paying $109 for this, was taking a HUGE gamble.

Plus buying a solo ad for this price, and not sending it to a squeeze or optin page.... wow, even a BIGGER gamble. Could have got burnt BIG TIME!

I think Randall is referring to how the majority of internet marketers still struggle to make money online. Which is a perfectly valid statement. Approximately 80-90% of the people in our industry don't make a consistent amount of money.. (yes, that's a whopping 80-90%)

Well obviously you aren't one on them - according to your sig and logo you make about $2,539,316.00 per year. By the "statistic" you quote that puts you well above the "industry average".

Also not sure where you are getting the "80-90" percent figure, care to quote your source?

Call me sceptical but I don't believe either figure. And offhand I'd say if you are making less than 400 bucks a year then Internet Marketing is not your "Industry", at best it's your "hobby".

Not to belittle the OP's post in any way, I offer him my congratulations but like others here I seriously doubt its repeatable. But the story is indeed a nice inspiration - especially I imagine for those "80-90 percent" you have mentioned.

Early on in my IM career I made consistent money from
Safelist (that was 10 years ago) just emailing offers to
them. This was not a paid service, just being a member
of many different safelists and using a software to manage
them.

So safelist can work if you know how to write ads and what
to promote to what lists. Plus the traffic was free.

I'm not totally surprised.
