How to setup shopping cart for collecting payments?

Hello Warrior forum members,

Currently I accept payments through clickbank/paypal.

If you have the experience, can you suggest me how can I setup personal shopping cart? like 1shoppingcart etc.?

Also, what is a merchant account?

If you have any good resource which can comprehensively explain all this, please let me know.

    If using 1ShoppingCart (and most other ecommerce solutions) Authorize.net is a top merchant account provider.

    What is a merchant account? Basically the online bank, the service that handles the actual authorization and charge of credit cards.

    I would just use 1shoppingcart. Link 1shoppingcart with your Paypal account.

      The only thing is paypal doesn't allow 1 click upsell. I would prefer to have a merchant account that allows 1 click upsell also..

        wow... I can't believe I'm still one of the only IMers that's created a PayPal one-click upsell script.. sweet!

        Do a Google search for "PayPal one click upsell"... we should be at the top.. "Tornado"
