Are you trying alternative forms of traffic?

There's a million and one ways to drive traffic online, one of the most popular being seo.

However, with all of Google's updates, especially the recent EMD update, it's becoming more and more essential to diversify your traffic streams.

I've been experimenting with several alternative traffic sources over the last two weeks and I've been having some pretty cool results. I wanted to share one specific traffic source with you that I've been using. It's actually my biggest traffic source to date.

I've recently come across an awesome site called BizSugar.com. This site is a content aggregator type website where small business owners/internet entrepreneurs can share their content to get more exposure for their business.

I've been utilizing this site to submit my blog posts to get more traffic and it's been working phenomenally for me.

So far, I've submitted 7 blogs post to BizSugar.

All 7 posts combined have received 168 votes (from the members of the community).

That's 125 extra visitors to my blog that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

That's not half bad in my book.

I've been driving traffic to my blog in a variety of other ways as well. However, BizSugar by far has proven to send me the most quality traffic.

It's not just about driving traffic, it's about driving quality traffic. And if you can do it in half the time it takes to start driving seo traffic (without Google smashing your site over the head every month), I'd say it's certainly worth it.

I've been keeping track of all of the alternative traffic sources I've been using and releasing weekly in depth traffic case studies. My results have been pretty awesome and I'm excited about discovering even more alternative traffic mediums.
