Website Duplicate Content

Hi,

I have a slideshow on my website that i am able to add content (writing). i have copied and pasted this on to every page of my site. Is this classed as duplicate content, even if the rest of the content on each page is different?

If you need a link to site let me know. I pasted a link here before and got banned!

  • You please make sure the proposition of same content in all the pages. Yes, sometimes it is required to have same content all the pages as a sub topic or part of the page like when you specify your strengths etc. However, if the majority of the content is same, it would be rated poor.
    Also, you make sure you have unique titles, h1 and other elements in each page.
    Finally, all these observations are correct if only if you copied your own content and not from the other site.
  • The op you have duplicate content. Given content can only be on a single page for a given site.
