Buying eBooks with Resale Rights

Hey guys. I recently came across tons of books with resale rights on Ebay. Since some are as low as $0.01 it would be interesting to see how they can sell and if you can sell a lot. Have any of you had success with it? And now that eBay is getting rid of ebooks, where would you suggest I sell them. Thanks,
