IM sucess without a mentor

How many of you have succeeded in IM without ever having a mentor? Did you just plug away and succeeded by trial and error, perseverance and research. I'm just under the impression that mentors are expensive and I would rather learn on my own. Any thoughts?

It's a personal journey and you can certainly make it on your own. A mentor will just help you make better choices and less mistakes along the way.

I do think having a mentor is a good thing and I will learn that much faster but I just wouldn't be able to afford it. So it will be informative to find out if any warriors became successful without mentors.

The answer is yes - I've met hundreds of them and I am one.

Andy summed it up for you really well. There are a few huge benefits of having a mentor, but you don't need one by any means. I never had one either; like you, I was short on cash when I first started out.

I had a mentor in the beginning, and he tried to help me out in every way possible... but my brain was too small back then, so i didn't understand anything. Then years of failures later, i know what i'm doing, and how to get sales now.

Having a mentor was and still is the best thing I did back in 2007. Earned $3,000 my first month and never looked back. Look can learn more of IM yourself but a mentor can fast track you to faster results.
