    This isn't anything new. Lots of people and companies avoid paying taxes to the UK.

      Well, I was just thinking this is an isolate case but for your posts looks
      like the big boys are doing this all the time.

      But if this is a small business they will force them to pay,but the big
      ones most the time come out this situations without any troubles.

    It's quite easy to avoid or lower you tax bill in the UK.

    An accountant once told me I could register a holding company in the Cayman Islands, register a UK company as a subsidiary that only processes payments for the parent company.

    The parent company pays a fee of 1% to the UK company for processing the payments. The UK company declares the 1% as it's earnings from which they deduct costs and pay tax on an abysmal net figure.
