Product Launches: WSO vs Seperate Domain?

Mind telling me the pros vs cons of launching a prouduct on the Warrior Forum vs on your own domain?

I've launched a few WSOs but don't know if I should do an actual product launch or a WSO launch?

My list isn't huge and I don't have a massive following.

You should go with few WSO's and create a list simultaneously and then jump on to huge Product launches.

The biggest and in my opinion most interesting difference
between launching your own product outside of WF and
    a WSO is the traffic.
If you build a webside around your product, you first need
to market your webside while on the WF you have instant
    traffic without doing anything.
On the other hand, WF is not that much of a good pace to
sell high end ticket offers for like 999$.
Thats why I'd advice to go for WSOs and build your eMail
list untill you have a decent amount of subscribers and some
connections/potentional affiliates and then start launching
    your products outside of WF.

There are plenty of people who launch a WSO and then redirect people to a website on their own domain. Some people will launch a WSO and have that exact same sales copy in the WSO on their own domain name, so I'm not sure what you're asking exactly.

Are you asking about doing a WSO product launch vs. a product launch on your own domain that's not tied to the Warrior Forum in any way?

Just looking for clarity on your question.

Yes, having launches not tied with each other.

Thank you for clarifying that. Well, I'm not going to get into the pros and cons of each because this would turn into a loooong post.

But seriously, there are way too many factors on the non-WSO product launch (on your own domain not tied to the WSO forum) to even begin to make a decent comparison. It really depends on how good you are at getting traffic and converting it.

The WSO forum already has a ton of visitors every single day, so putting up your own offer in there is a good way to "test the waters" so to speak. And then bumping it a few times at different times of the day and different days so you can have some statistical data to help you with your future launches / bumps.

You can tweak and adjust your headline(s), body of your sales copy (or video if you choose to go that route), test different bonuses or OTOs, etc. You're really only limited by two things:

        1. Staying within the rules.
        2. Your imagination.

Whereby doing a product launch on your own requires a lot more leg work, however, if you know how to organize a product launch you can apply those principles to the WSO forum as well.

People who are making 5k, 10k or even 50k with their WSOs have their affiliate partners locked in place BEFORE launching. One such place to do this is to go to WarriorJV.com. Some people use JVZoo, Warriorplus, DigiBilly, Digiresults, Clickbank, etc.to help launch their product or service.

        Hopefully that helps some.

Thanks Rod for your shout out of WarriorJV.com

If anybody has any questions about the site or the sister facebook group, I am here, just ask away.

It's a great community to help pick up momentum for your launch...a lot of the biggest affiliates out there use the site to find offers to promote!

The disadvantages with launching on your own domain is social proof and interaction from prospects.

And also depending on what payment processor you use, you'll have to link the thread to your button (W+) in order for accurate stats to show for affiliates...and that's the major thing you'll miss out on, affiliate promotion due to lack of stats

Even if you have a great list, Going with wso will gain more sales and exposure as the postive comments are popping up and boost your success.

If you sell stuff that appeals to the target audience of this forum, then this is the place to be. Why? Because there are thousands of confirmed buyers already here, a very warm market. When you think of it, traffic to your offer is very easy to get if you follow some simple rules and use common sense.

There are lots of similar marketplaces to this one. eBay, Amazon, and others. They're not similar with regard to the products offered, just that people are already showing up looking for certain stuff.

It's amazing how many people here are mesmerized into believing they have to kiss Google's hiney for positioning when there are dozens of markets you can participate in where the traffic is already there. But hey, it's a big secret so don't tell anyone, okay?

The 2 biggest differences I think are social proof and traffic. You get good social proof from the comments from buyers that like your product and via pre-sales questions. You also get some drive-by traffic from people browsing the WSO section looking for product.
