Incentive Traffic, Squeeze Pages and CPA

Hi Im fairly new to CPA and have a question.

Is giving away a free information product related to a CPA offer on your squeeze page considered an incentive? I plan to let leads enter Name, Email and Zip Code on my squeeze page send them the information product then pre-populate fields to CPA offer page. Sooo with a zip submit offer with non-incent traffic specified by the Network, for example, will I be wrong to do this in my squeeze page?

    Yes..it's against most cpa networks terms of agreement. a cpa offer. It's co-registration and most cpa networks do not allow that.

    But I think there are so cpa networks that allow it. You should check with your cpa networks account manager to see if they allow such a thing.
