Do you really care your customers?

Hi,

One thing came in my mind that when you sell ClickBank product then you may not be think of in the favor of your customers as ClickBank products are scam type products, they don't have value, they just try to take money from your pocket...

What would you say about this?

Well, I would like to go with Amazon instead of using false products of ClickBank.

Yes I do. I care about my business on the long-run and not just the short term quick cash.

It also depends on your method of getting these customers.

For example, if you are generating these customers from your own personal email list that you have a relationship with, then you would care what they think of the product.

If you are generating these customers with a PPC, then one would assume that you wouldn't care as long as they buy the product.

So I believe there are different scenarios to this.

BUT generally I like to make sure my customers are happy.

Looking after your customers gains you a reputation and the respect your peers. Jv partners will seek you out because they know your reputation and happily promote your products.
Not all clickbank products are scam type products, my mentor John Thornhill lists his products on Clickbank because they have to go through an approval process unlike WSO's etc. He has a fantastic reputation , the respect of his peers and great pride in his high level customer service.

Perhaps you need to take a long hard look at what you are promoting, maybe buy it and try it before you try to sell it. At the very least you can do a little research on the product creator.

I definitely push value, value, value! I will only present a product if I feel as though the people I present it to can value from it.

    Kind regards

Without question... I care for my customers. All of them because it doesn't matter where they came from!

All that matters are 2 things....

    1. They're NOW ON YOUR customer list because they exchanged their money for goods.
    2. They're the sole REASON I have an income.

You'd better care for your customers or eventually you'll be shut out.

    PS

has nothing to do with click bank. CB is nothing more than one of many market places. To suggest that ALL products on CB are a scam is to suggest that MY products as well as many other legit ones are as well - which I know not to be the case.

If a product truly adds value to the customer's business model, and the vendor provides exceptional customer service, then you should have no problem sending customers to that offer, whether that offer is through ClickBank, Amazon, etc.

There are products on Amazon that have bad reviews. But that doesn't mean you should stop shopping at Amazon. Same with ClickBank. Pre sell your customers and be confident that the vendor will take it from there.

I love my customers. Their opinions are the only ones that i think about when it comes to business.
