How much profit sharing is good enough?
I am hiring someone to help grow my business (currently at 500K annual). I am planning to focus my time on product creation and hire someone to do marketing/biz/management for a share of the profit.
How much of the profit should I give up to a business partner coming into an established business to grow it? Should I also give equity so that the new hire gets rewarded with the business is sold?
