Web Design Contest site...
I am having a brain fart. I should have used a bookmark but I did not.
I am interested in having someone design a WP site.
I know I have run across a website where you can submit your idea for a site, pay a fee, and many - I think they advertise hundreds (but in reality it is many less) freelancers compete for your biz and you are presented with many sample sites. The winner is paid a fee, and work progresses from there.
Anyone know the site?
