I still have a Plimus account but I never use it. That should tell you something.

Plimus doesn't even come close to Clickbank.

whats the difference..what makes clickbank superior to plimus?!..it seems pretty much the same although plimus is free...the marketplace is way smaller..but the service is identical..why is clickbank better?!

      Almost everything, I think.

I think Plimus isn't accepting new product listings which are e-books at the moment.

It isn't accepting "IM e-books" or "MMO e-books" anyway.

This post explains a little more about the general current situation: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7204540

Putting a product on Clickbank is simple. There are maybe a half dozen steps.

Listing on Plimus isn't easy. There is no logical flow and you never know exactly where you are in the process. It's almost like the site was designed by elite computer engineers for elite computer engineers. For example, they have some decent video tutorials but they put them on a page where they're useless during the listing process. Wouldn't it make sense to have a tutorial on the page relating to that part of the listing? But they don't. And that's just one example among many.

I spent a lot of time going through the process and when I finished I wrote a detailed message to them with suggestions on how they could improve it. I got back a message asking me to give them specifics. Right then and there I deleted my account. My point? They are WAY out of touch with their potential customers.

I'm an affiliate with both and a seller with Clickbank. I promote a few products with Plimus. Clickbank is great if you're a seller, though! Either way, best of luck

I can tell you being a vendor of 7 years on clickbank, and doing well, nothing comes close to clickbank...plimus is a clickbank wannabe, but as said, there are pros and cons with both, but plimus is not clickbank at all.

It is as good as Clickbank. You should consider it a alternative of Clickbank. But it's a good option. If you can utilize it properly then you would be successful. Best of luck.

I will third JVZoo, even if you don't want affiliates. The payment system integrates with Paypal and Getresponse (automatically builds buyer list) which is pretty awesome. I only have promoted 1 product through Plimus and the approval process was annoying. I didn't even end up making 1 sale though lol

Clickbank is alright but I recently logged in to find out all my commissions were gone. I didn't make enough sales to different people I guess.

So many options and marketplaces to choose from, but JVZoo, PaySpree, and Clickbank are my top recommendations.

I have products that I sell on JVZoo, and they don't charge me to put them up or sell as an affiliate.

And i thought all affiliate marketplaces were created equal lol. Have you considered Paydotcom? Their affiliate base is large (not as big as Clickbank), but it does a really good job for me.

But... YOU have to pay your affiliates via paypal after each sale, and it's advisable that you sign up under their "daughter site", "paypeopleonline" (for tax reasons).

I would consider Zaxaa.com which charges only a percentage for sales and has several cool vendors features you can't find anywhere else. Kind a like JVZoo with some extras.

But if you want a huge affiliate base, then CB is the place to be.

    Hi,
I was an affiliate for a Plimus product. They are out of England. You said Plimus is free, but so is Clickbank.
    Good luck with your business.

If you are a vendor, go with where the big crowd is i.e Clickbank. If you are an affiliate looking to make some bucks promoting offers, then I think it doesn't really matter as long as they pay your commission on time.

They are extremely strict on IM products. If you need a market place use JVzoo, if you need a paypal alternative use 2checkout!

I think JVZoo can be a very good alternative of Clickbank.
