What video player does this?

I have seen different sites that will have a video that plays and it looks like it is playing on a TV monitor. I guess it is some kind of skin of some sort. Anybody have any ideas on what video player does this or how that is done?

    Not that I know of. I know there is a way to code it in Flash, and I believe it can be done in HTML5. However, the Flash version is a PITA, and I'm not up to speed enough on HTML5 to even be sure that it can be done.
