First $ was on clickbank for an embarrassing niche product. I did simple SEO with bookmarks and a link wheel to a Blogger.com money page. It was back in 2009 when SEO was a whole different world.

Then I tried out CPA offers and found they worked a whole lot better. I'd recommend starting out with CPA offers as a newbie since they were a whole lot easier to make money with, especially at that time. It really was my first experience with passive income. Very fun and exciting stuff!

Selling G-mail invites back when it was in beta. After that it was surveys..

Hey folks, haven't posted in awhile. My first dollar was selling the flight simulation package via clickbank. I got the $100 adwords signup and used that up making 4 sales in 5 days, realized it wasn't worth it, I guess I don't have the proper knowledge to utilize it yet.

My first money online, before I ever started my affiliate marketing business, was from writing articles for other marketers. I'd done some offline writing for people, and one of them told me he usually looked for writers online, so I investigated.

Selling virtual items in online games back in 2000. I wish i had the foresight to start a company like some of the other doing it had.

my first IM venture was pretty lucky with my WP skills I was hired by the admin of LegitHYIP.com as webmaster/content maker/customer support. I was only paid $70/wk during my first month but that's still cold cash in Paypal account. I've worked for 2years then eventually the site got sold.

I sold a Nintendo DS through Amazon. $90! I was also going to sell my Nook Color, but my (ex)girlfriend smashed it! ...and the books I was going to sell all are now each missing 20 pages. :-(
Lesson learned: Keeping physical inventory in your home can have drawbacks...

Technically my first online income was from adsense, but this was under $1 haha.

My first real monthly income was from article writing.

My very first bit of money was made by writing and selling articles. I'm still doing that today, although I would love to make more money than I actually am. I'm not making anywhere near the amount that many people love to boast about around the forum.

My first $ was from adsense. I spent around $25 for Domain and Hosting.

I start my online career by CPA. I started it at least two years ago. Initially it was hard. I did not make $1 within first couple of month. But it was a continuous process. I did learn from my mistakes. After couple of month later i did manage to earn $221 by CPA within one week.

Mine with Adsense from an artificial intelligence site. Later I discover that talking about products gives better results.

The first time I ever made money online is when I took a program that was recommended by my mentor and added it to my site. That program was sold for $39 and I earned $27.30. That was after 5 years of struggling to make any money while spending over $10,000 in stuff that made me $0.

My first sale online is from a affiliate sale when I get started online by building my first affiliate website. I made money pretty quick. It was very encouraging sign for me. That's why I am still with IM. But my tactics and focus change!

Selling an almost banned weight lifting supplement on ebay. For the short time I did it, it was very profitable. Then it got banned lol.

I made my first online commission with Clickbank using a product review site targeting the product name keyword on Google.

Nowadays my marketing is based around driving traffic and building an email list more for the long term rather than one off affiliate sales.

Still get a few affiliate Clickbank sales pop up and I just take those commissions and put them back into my main business for paid ads etc.

mine was a content site with a low ticket OTO, physical package that sold for $197 and a $25 per month membership site. Did massive article marketing to drive traffic. This got me close to 25k visitors, 8k leads and over $30k in sales...

My first dough online was some banner ads around 2000. I also sold ebooks on the original Clickbank--it was nothing like it is today!

lol the first money i made was by selling a gmail account on ebay with a certain niche name like playstationgames@gmail! i saw other people doing it! i sold it for like $10 back then. I just could not believe that people would buy a free gmail account like this! but it worked!!

My first dollar came from fiverr. That is the great way to starting earning money for noobs, in my though.

I sold ebook, after getting lots of viral traffic , I built list with that traffic, then do lil private launch on my own ebook I wrote. I made my first money online that way.
I felt the first "automated" income that way. =)

the very first money I made was $3.50 on neverblue but I spent more money to drive traffic to that CPA using 7search so that doesn't count.

I guess the first real profit I made was from my prego stroller site back when EMDs and review sites still worked (thank u matt cater!). Oh my sweet amazon...

I also had a couple of other three page sniper sites that I slapped adsense on, collectively those three pagers brought in about 150 bucks a month.

then all of my little sites where mauled by a 500 pound panada...

these days I rock it with shareasale and my baby shower authority site but thats another story.

if you are gonna build a site. make it an authority site.

P.S. I had to spend $7 dollars on the traffic but still there was at least some ROI :p
