How do People Sell Ebooks with Questionable Content?

I've been lurking for a while and wanted to ask for some guidance. I was going through ClickBank's Product Guidelines and noticed it is very restrictive.

I've been working on an ebook that is in a niche with a decent sized audience, but I think some of it is borderline immoral and would very likely not get approved by any major marketplace.

For Example:
Selling an ebook about exploiting Facebook as a marketing tool would be against CB's rules.

[35.Products about marketing through Craigslist or social networking sites that are contrary to the social networking site's terms of use;]

So, if ClickBank is not an option, how do people sell such ebooks?

Where do they advertise and how?

Would it be allowable on CB if the title is "A Study of How Some People Exploit Facebook," vs. "How YOU Can Exploit Facebook"?

I'm a total noob. How do I get started selling ebooks?

I appreciate any help. Thanks!

Pick a different niche. Sell something like "how to grow red roses in your backyard" or something.

Get high risk merchant CC processing and do it yourself. Or set up a point system for people to pay for/ earn points which they can then purchase the ebook with. This way, you are using the processor for something valid, purchasing points, instead of purchasing disallowed ebook.

I just wanted to point out that there are two ways of reading the above. The way I read it does not mean you cannot, per se, create products about marketing through Craig's List or Social Networking sites. If is saying that you cannot do that if they are ALSO contrary to the site's TOS.

Wow! Thanks for all the input.

Will, I believe it means no marketing products that violate a social networking site's TOS.

So far, it looks like I should set up a webpage with my own merchant account. Offline marketing with flyers, etc. is doable.

But how do I drive online traffic? Can I post ads on Facebook or other sites? Will they request a copy of the ebook for review?
