Where can you get images to use on website templates

INTERNET MARKETING

Just wondering if anyone knows a good source for images that can be used on website templates to be sold or given away.

I know images at dreamstime are personal use (royalty free license) and there is a license that you can get to use on web templates, but it is expensive.

Are there any free or cheaper options that anyone knows of?

There are many public domain images available, but you need to read the licenses.
It is also a good idea to contact the owner and ask if they are ok with your plans.

  The only site that I am aware of that lets you use images for templates intended for resale is Big Stock Photo. Their pricing structure is not too bad, and they have a big selection just check the small print first.
  Then of course you have public domain images as Joel has alluded too.

Ever heard of sxc.hu? They have tons of stock images you can use. And very nice premium photos as well.

im not sure about their policy for commerical use though
