Having Problem With Wordpress Site Home Page Not Found Page List

I got a website created in Wordpress. I need to update his home page title and description but i am unable to found home page in CMS. Some one can help to find home page of website.

        Go to Settings > Reading. This will show if the front page is static or if it is a post. If it's static then it will show the name of the page that has been selected to be the front page.

            Reread the 2nd post above the one I'm quoting. That is the solution. There is really no more detail involved--it's that simple--but if you do that and still have problems tell us what they are.

      Please Find my website and give me solution as soon as possible. I was trying to find Home page on Settings->General but no page content showing there. There i can find only home page URL and page title. If i change the title it will change in all internal pages.
