Would you use a 'combi' email inbox?

I have a lot of support email addresses and reply-to addresses on my newsletters, and it's a mess to handle all incoming emails by logging in to different email accounts.

What I usually do is that add the important ones as POP3 emails on my Google Apps account and then use labels to differentiate them. I just prefer the way Gmail is.

But I'd actually love a solution where it's easy to set up the pop3 accounts with a few clicks and not have go through that hassle every time - although am also concerned about all the clutter it would create.

Is there a service that does this? And does this well? Would you use something like that?

    Get a helpdesk system like Kayako.com or zendesk.com

    Managing support email out of an email account is just painful.

      I'd happily do that - I do use it for SOME of my support stuff, but I cannot combine all my products in one helpdesk (different niches etc), and many of my emails aren't that 'busy' to justify a full-fledged support desk :- )

        Pretty much any support desk will let have separate sections for different products/niches or whatever.

    Sagar, why don't you try managing all your email accounts through MS Outlook. As a Help Desk Associate who manages Content Writing 360°'s sales email account and my personal emails, MS Outlook works great for me.
