Has anybody sold a .org on flippa?

I don't think I have ever seen a .org on flippa before.

I want to buy a domain but the only tld available is .org. I'm not sure if .orgs are worth buying because most people sees them as just organization/fundraising sites. And I want to a make a affiliate store with it. Can anybody who has owned a .org give me their opinion?

I have a .org up for sale at the moment, Ive sold .orgs on flippa in the past. All the sites made no money.. so yes. You can sell a .org on flippa!

Doesn't matter what the extension is.

Serious buyers are just looking for traffic and revenue.

For flippa profit is what matters. For domain end users .com is what matters.

No one on flippa cares about extensions or aesthetics - they want consistent revenue, if you can make that with a .org don't let the extension stop you.

.org has better SEO visibility that .net IMO so i think it should perform and sell well too in Flippa...

I have sold many .org domains on flippa. .com .net .org are all good. I've even sold a few .info on flippa. If you get some traffic and make a little money, you can sell a site with any kind of extension.

I've seen some .org's sold on flippa for big bucks
One of them was something like collegegrants.org or similar for about $50k
