Of course, starting profitable companies that provide services (SEO, marketing) will always be in some sort of need.

However, as Google ranking algorithms are constantly changing....

Should I focus on creating portfolio of websites that make passive income over time,

Or should I be creating websites to sell almost immediately.

I mean, the next day, the rankings of the site could be gone?

So really the question is long term vs short term income?

    in competition of market is very high so maximum time spend in work is very must whatever that is short time or full time work.

    In my honest opinion, I think you should be building a list through whatever traffic streams you can. Once you have a list to sell to, no once can take that away from you. I had to come to terms with this as well. Relying solely on google or other search engines is probably not the way to go in light of all the recent changes.

    There are many kinds of source of income in the internet aside from doing SEO for your website and clients. Since the Google Updates can be a problem to must of us, I suggest you the do email marketing by building a lists. You can also do solo ads biz by using your lists aside from promoting your own products or as an affiliates.
