PR9 for $350. Has to be fake PR, imho

Do your homework. Who owns it? How old is it? How much content does it have - hint: look at genuine PR9 sites and see how much content they have.

    Hi.
The PR might have been for the domain with its old content. Now, that guy is probably trying to sell you a new website with that domain name.So you are still seeing PR as 9.PR will change very shortly for the new website. So, recommendation : Dont buy. Unless you have an idea of about what this domain was having previously and you plan to continue using it the same way.

I'll give you another clue in public. Use the Waybackmachine to see if any previous content would have merited PR9 Internet Archive: Wayback Machine

Due diligence is a must before purchasing domains/websites. You have to learn how to do it.

I'm no genius but a PR-9 domain without content ain't gonna stay a PR-9 very much longer.
