Hi everyone,

I've started up my first new site muscle-e[dot]com. If you look at the site you can see the layout is simply for the latest posts to appear on the homepage.

Is that a good way to present the site? I have been considering changing it to a static page with more general information, and latest posts will be on the left hand side sidebar instead. Would that be better?

I would just like to know from more experienced individuals then myself what you would do. The main reason to change it is that I heard its better to not have latest posts there for the benefit of on page SEO, and I also want to provide a better look for readers.
