What's the best place to host videos?

Hi,
I want to sell video course, therefore the content must be kept private for members only and I cannot use Youtube. What is the best place for me to host the videos? Thanks.

Dude, you can use YouTube, just make your videos private and that's all no one can't see them.

Yes - Dong Lee is correct.
Set up a channel for your course and set the video to private.
Then just grant the link to whoever you choose.

You can use YouTube and you can even make it private, only the person who has the link to the video can see it. Or you can try Amazon S3 video hosting feature.

        Amazons "Simple Storage Solution" (S3)

You can basically store any kind of files you want, and pay a ridiculously cheap rate for bandwidth.

You would be unlikely to spend more than like $2 a month. lol. Its awesome.

Then just use a plugin to play the S3 video files on WP.

It really depends what you want use the videos for.

If you have a membership site I would definitely recommend using Amazon S3 simply because of security.

Yes you can use a youTube video and set it to private but it's very easy to download YouTube videos, also youtube can be slow at times.

If you want a video for a high traffic sales page sales page then you most certainly want to use Amazon S3.

If you're just looking for videos from your blog then I would definitely recommend youTube, Google seems to love YouTube videos so placing them on your blog can help with SEO plus you also have the added benefit of getting traffic from YouTube, this is what I do on my blog.

I wouldn't use YouTube because the video URL can still just get shared, even if its unlisted.

I personally use Amazon S3, with DAP (to secure the membership site), and S3 Media Vault so that nobody can see my hosted links.

    Works rather beautifully

smaller shorter timelength files, go for youtube. Easy to embed on any page in html.

For longer videos that end up larger files amazon S3, cheap as chips too. Best out there in my opinion.
