How to market a solid biz opp in all 50 states

Hello and thanks for a great forum. It has been quite a while since I have been on here. I've spoken to franchise.com and similar sites that want 1k or more a month to get started, and we will probably do that soon, but without giving out the details at this stage, we are selling biz opps in territories, say Atlanta is a territory. We currently charge 10k for one of the territories to use our patents and trademarks and us do all the backend site work and product distribution, the territory owner just sales ads and we give them 40% of each sale. So what would be the best way to market this type of model for little or no cost until we get a couple sold then we can mass market. Thanks again for any help ahead of time. !

Since March I have grown this business to 15 states and over 200 contracts. So I know the formula works, just want it grow faster to reach critical mass faster.

You can use either Google adwords or Bing ads.

You can place you ads in the US and it will show in all of the states as long as you are bidding on the right keywords and get the right interested prospects who are willing to spend that much to get started.

Thanks we will try adwords. We have tried linkedin and facebook with only 3 clicks. Over 500k saw the ads, just none clicked, but our ad said the price right on it, and we did that to try to make sure that if you did click it, you knew how much it would cost ahead of time. Our main reason for charging is so a person has some "skin in the game" so to speak, so they are serious about building their area.

This is the best way to save money and get interested people clicked on your ads.
You can try other search engines like 7search, ineedhits etc. if you need more advertising sources just PM as I have got a pdf on it.

you did 2 million in sales, a big part of this was franchise dot com?

Also thumbs up on putting the price. So many people LOVE clicks buttt... apparently not money. I want buyers not clickers, good idea to get tremendous views at a decent price. While you wouldent want to do this if you were paying for impressions im sure this was on a pay per click basis.

My god, I wish it was 2million. Where did you get that number from ?? :-) And yes pay per click. Franchise dot com wanted 900 a month for a simple ad with a 3 month committment. Most of the similar sites were priced about the same. While I plan on trying them in the future, we need to generate some capitol. So we need to try some cheap ways first. I had adwords express setup and wasn't seeing any impressions, clicks, etc;. thought adwords sucked till I realized I never verified my bank info:-) It is up and running now and I grabbed some free coupons for bing and yahoo as well. So that ad should now be up and running. I will keep you posted on whether or not solid leads were generated. Thanks for the help!
