If you ask me I recommend you list building... But of course you need the right help in order to nail it, so of you can afford it look for coaching, and don't look for deals but for real marketer that will really help you

Hjalte - sounds like building more niche sites is just not in the cards, you don't have the passion for it anymore.

Is there one niche that you have found produces more than the others or that you have more passion for than the others...may as well start by using your own results as primary research to pick a niche.

Agree that your next step is to take a niche and go deep as well as wider...then create your sales funnel via content (email, videos, blog, etc...) which will get you well beyond 1000 eyeballs and then working on moetization methods within that niche (affiliate products, your own products, jv's, etc...)

You are right, the sniper sites will take a hit when Google finishes it's second round of Penguin updates and brings out the Zebra next year.

List building is the best form of marketing - second to none. When you treat your list as individuals, who have their own aspirations and deliver unparalleled value to them - they will love you.

If you treat your list right, then you will have followers for life and not even Google can take that away from you.

You are pretty much all saying that listbuilding is the way to go... And leningovea, you mention coaching. I have never used a coach before and actually don't have any idea how it works...

My main problem with list building is that I don't know where to start. I've read, listened and watched stuff, but I only feel more confused.

Is there any ressources you can recommend, that will guide me in the right direction?

Create your own product such as
-talking about your experiences or a real case study.
-create plug in or software by hiring outsource.

The only issue i see you facing in the near future is the small niche sites, i advice you start looking at creating real site for human and not a hit and run visitor from SEO.

With your experience you can do better and create a larger income stream daily.

You are doing the same thing over and over again. And if you are doing this thing then time is coming that you would get in dilemma. You need to create your own product and your own site as well. It would be great. As you have lots of niches in your stock.

Repeat after me: The money is in the f****** list!

SEO has changed a lot in the last year. These days, the best SEO strategy is simply to forget about SEO.

I recommend blogging/content marketing, social media, and list building.

List building. The money is in the list.

Start here..

Find people with a problem.
Find the solution.
Set up autoresponder
Set up opt in form on webpage
Drive people with the problem, to the page where you give them the solution, for their contact information. Provide ongoing value to those people.

You have not gotten much done probably because as you said, you're not sure what to do. Since that's the case, then you have no specific goal (direction) other than making more money. But you don't know how to get there or do it.

When you lack goals and direction, then momentum and forward movement are lost.

Here are some ideas and possible plan(s):

1. Reorganize according to a plan. Probably safe to say your sniper sites will become defunct unless you resurrect them.

2. You can choose the sites (niches) you like the most and develop them. Someone recommended the same thing, above. Turn them into authority sites. Even if you have EMDs, if you build high quality sites with them, then they may become acceptable to G if you want to rank them.

3. Conversely, you can do PPC elsewhere (Not Google) if the profit margin is good enough. Drive traffic to the small sites, etc. If you do this, then continue with list building efforts.

4. Depending on the niches in which you have lists, maybe you can consolidate some of them.

5. If you start developing the smaller sites into larger ones with good content, then simply start giving "value" to your subscribers. Avoid promoting right away and just send them good information that will help them.

Maybe explain what you're doing and that they can expect valuable content from you from here on out.

6. If you've been neglecting your lists, then perhaps scrub it. I don't know what you've been doing, obviously. Choose what's best because you're essentially starting over with them.

7. You can do affiliate promotions or even create your own products to market to your list. I recommend your own products, or even a combination of affiliate and your own.

8. Another possibility is to develop all your sites. Continue sending traffic to them and maybe monetize with something, Adsense or whatever. Then sell the ones you don't want to keep; auction at Flippa.

That's how you can start all over. When you have a goal, then you will have direction and you'll be able to overcome inertia and build momentum, once again.

I'll focus on listbuilding and I've already started

My biggest hurdle isn't to build a list, but to mail afterwards. I have a hard time keeping a good releationship with my list.

Any suggestions to what I can read/watch/listen to to get better at this (and preferably make some money at the same time )

You could create an email newsletter with advice emails and emails promoting products you sell.

Are you aggressively list building on all of those sniper sites? Are you putting a squeeze page in the flow from your affiliate links? Never send anyone anywhere without getting them on a list.

You probably already know this and are probably already doing it. If not PM me for a couple of tips.

Get into social marketing. You have the website, you have the list, lets get them viral!
