DISQUS Commenting Effect on SEO/SERPs?

Hi,

I'm using Disqus as a system for letting others comment on my site. But as I log in, I can also comment on other sites with it (other sites using the same system). So I can leave my "footprint" on a tremendous number of other sites...

My question to you: How could this influence SEO or SERPs?

From what I can see, Disqus doesn't show my URL as "do follow" right on the page with the commend... but the URL can be accessed if someone clicks on my name/title...

OK: is anyone using Disqus to create comments on others sites with their account?

How is it affecting SEO/SERPs?

I looked on this topic in the past,

As far as I remeber google not index those comments.. so try to check if this is true now, if so I think thats will give you the answer,

If google does index those comments, then the question is still open..

There are contradictory statements on various websites like "Google now indexing Facebook and Disqus comments" and "Google does not index Disqus comments"

I know that they index Tweets and Facebook comments and they can now "crawl" behind more complex scripts, but... I'm unsure about Disqus.

And even if they can index, the URL is a bit hidden and not sure is PageRank is passed on. Otherwise I'd be more interested in the influence it has on the SERPs.
