New Technique To Add To Website Flipping

While discussing website flipping with someone I came up with an idea of making a video about the website that you want to flip.

This would be much like showing any other personal property - like a house.

To get more interest and hopefully drive up the value make a personal video of the website showing all of the site and give a blow by blow of the things there. Even talk about what you had planned for the future for the site.

Making the sale more personal should work to your advantage.

I have not tried this myself so if you try it I would like to know what your results are.

    It's a solid idea if you know how to make good videos. If you have a decent site and it's a genuine sale this would definitely add trust.

    Also haven't done too much on this side - I prefer speaking to people on Skype/Phone to discuss sites/close sales.

    I think it might add some value in some cases. A lot of the time, buyers are not really interested in what they can see for themselves by visiting the website but they are interested in what they can't see. The admin panel, the real revenue and profit, traffic, costs, etc. These are things that people on Flippa video to enhance their sales and it has been shown to work
