Paid traffic is always going to be faster, unless your talking about you tube ads.You should definitely take a look at traffic black book, I liked it a lot!

  PPC is faster, but needs testing. Most people fail at PPC when they first try. I know I did, and I failed badly. But You have to keep testing and find the winning combinations of keywords, pages, copy etc.
  
  I agree with your comment, but one must not be misguided, there is a lot of work with PPC, but once you hone in and get good at it, you can bring in $3 for ever $1 spent.

  I second that, not about the black book (have not gotten It, will check It out). Paid traffic has worked the best for me. The learning curve Is a bit faster then other methods, but also sometimes more costly from trial and error until you figure It out.

Since you asked for consistency, paid traffic is the only option. I would however test your promotions out on free traffic sources first if you are new at this. No sense in throwing $300 in paid traffic at something that isn't going to convert (which almost always happens to newbies that dive head first into paid traffic).

Forget about looking for a course on the topic. PPC courses are a notorious road to bankruptcy because they are so vague. The what's and how's vary too greatly from niche to niche and traffic source to traffic source to be able to package info into a course.

Anything built fast, collapses fast.

Forget about the different TACTICS you can use to make money this week and create a STRATEGY that will create a consistent income for you, week after week.

When new comers rush into something, they end up making elementary mistakes and getting burnt. For many the first brushing with the heat is enough to end their IM careers.

I am not new to Internet Marketing actually. I am very familiar with the concepts and approaches but have not being doing this as a business.

To define fast, it means to how quick can I see some ROI whether its 1% or 50%. Of course I know testing is involved in losing some money initially while optimizing.

The question is for people that does this full time. What does work best based on your own experience and the current market? That is the whole point of sharing.

If you don't have an answer, then no point in replying..

  This is comical in one way.. Why do you have a forum? Put it this way, you build a business based on market demands and trends, so if it takes off fast; why do you think that is an issue? Isn't the plan to make profit? Its just strange how people get negative about making money quickly when it should be the case that everyone wants to make money as soon as possible.
  
  My question is not too much about technology here its about more what has worked for those that are successful. If you have figured it out and think this is the way that works why does someone need to spend another year to come to the same conclusion. Isn't this what sharing is about?
  
  Building a list is great but I am sure there are good and bad list, so again, while I really appreciate the advice given here, it comes across as very generic not specific to say the person has done very well with a specific approach.

here is a third candidate:

I would start an authority site. The google floods have just wiped the world clean of all wannabee sites and they have set the stage for ppl who provide consistent value in one arena.

You could still get into the big niches but you will have to come in through the backdoor.

example: (not emd) Benefitsofgrassfed.com > dave aspery > muscle gains > HUGE WEIGHT LOSS NICHE

- Drive all the traffic to a squeeze page.
- Build a big ass list.
- Give value
- sell them stuff.

People come and go, and many head to the WSO and buy up ALL effin day long!!! Yup! its true, looking for the holy grail, or next big secret to making money online!

They do not realise the whole time they spent looking and spending making money, they could have settled down and created a real business for themselves the basic way I explained above.

Motto : stop looking for the holy grail to making money online. There is none, sit down and decided on your own, you are going to build a REAL business as FAST as you can. That will help you in the short term, but in the long term, you will be kickin' goals.

LOL building a list is not a sinch. You have to build a relationship with your list. I would recommend you build a "Membership List" i.e. charge monthly for your list.

Skip Rosell has a great course for this he's just put out on how to start making money with a easy membership and this will really build you the BUYERS LIST of your dreams.

but this is the way to go and I thought I'd suggest something that will really work for you and give you money right away if you like to really move and get things done.

Its not a easy thing to do but its really doable and you could get it done in a week and making money in a few days after if you hurry up and get ads out there.

see the thing is with Skips membership course you build BUYERS onto your list then you help them in a very big way and guess what if you recommend something to them later they will most likely buy again. Its called the law of reciprocation. When you take care of someone they are more likely to trust you and to do something in return. Skip is teaching you how to list build not just giving you advice. I highly recomment you go this route if you need some really fast cash and you want to take celentes advice.

I would have to say that the best way to get consistent income is to stop looking for instant cash solutions, pick a method and give your all. If that doesn't work, try other things until you find what's right for you. Sadly, Internet Marketing isn't a lottery, it takes hard work and dedication.

Thanks for all the advice here. The one thing that stands out is that it seem people are not so sure what they are doing either. Or maybe they do not want to share their winning strategy.

I want speed in results as I am willing to scale. I do think CPA offers are the fastest way to see an ROI and then scale from my own research and observation over the years. For example, If I pump $10K per day in media buys I could make $1000/Day which means if I have a corporation that has good credit rating I may not have to spend much out of pocket to see that level of scale.

Of course testing is critical in every business. You start small, observe, optimize then scale. This can be done fairly fast too.

I am looking for real proven strategies for business not some maybe try this approach.

You can also just as easily drop that 10k and see nothing back.

Two sides to every buy.... I'd advise to try it and gradually move up, but build something on the side either a product or authority site.

If RoI is your key criteria thenyoutube is probably your man.

Paid traffic, can often have a negative RoI, at least initially. This probably is an issue since you require 'very quickly'. The traffic blackbook is to be reccomended. Thorough, but heavy!

I think you need to change paths and go with product creation and list building. Much higher ROI than Media buying to CPA offers. And more profit and return on time than youtube videos to cpa/clickbank offers.

Hi All:

My view on business is that you have a portfolio of products or services. What I am looking at now is that one product that can generate cash flow while I develop other products and service options. From studying some of the so called Guru materials and my own observation, it seem that marketing CPA offer is a good cash generation strategy. If you test well, you would have very little to lose.

The bottom line is that cash flow is important in any business so quick ROI is the goal of any sensible business person. That quick could be one month or even six months based on your testing strategy.

100% media buying. Go for direct site buys. Use Alexa to find high rank and email tons of site owners will a professional email. Buy pop unders, nav bar links, banners or floaters. Start with $500 buys and scale up as you profit.

-build links for $$$
-ask people what they need and do the work

It ain't glamorous...but I bet YOU end up building a business...if you're not afraid of work...(it has to be good work, of course...it can't be crap)

"Start with $500 buys" ? OMG , you are going to go broke following that advice. With the amount of self serve ad platforms out there where you can test with as little as $20 there is no reason you should be throwing down $500 for media buys if you don't know what you're doing...

Buy some traffic from facebook. You can test small, find out what works for you, and THEN scale up.

If you're intent on site targeting , then you can do this with Google Adwords using the same small testing strategy to find out what works before you invest more $....

Hard work (Real hard work) can make anything profitable. No one can tell you what will work best for you and even if it made them rich, who's to say that you will do the EXACT same thing as them and get rich off it. No. Think of something and get down to doing hard work. Quit wasting time looking for the best of others. Find YOUR best and improve upon it.

By trying to decide on the 'best' option for generating income, you are like the donkey who had no problem eating when only one hay bale was offered as his food. However, the farmer offered up two hay bales on two different sides of the room, and the donkey was paralyzed in the middle of the room. Weeks past and the poor thing still couldn't decide on the 'best' hay bale to consume. Eventually the donkey starved to death. He looked like a real ass if you know I mean.

Any money generated is better than no money generated, and NO one (NO-NO-NO-NO- to the marketing bullshit that's just trying to sell you something) can tell you what is going to work for you.

I've had countless people tell me what worked for them, trying to convince me that it will work for me, and it never worked out for me. Even if they made their millions in a certain field, it is impossible to give a 100% guarantee that that is where I will make my millions.

Another way to fast cash is to put up something on the digiital forum (which is free) for sale a ebook or something. (just search for the digitial forum in google) you can rewrite plr for that. When you get there look for [wts] means "want to sell". See what other people are doing. You have to post 30 posts before you can sell on there. Make sure you know your password. They do not send it to you and make you swear you will not take out another account if you forget it. Theres a good report on that called 465 dollars in 4 days. He teaches how to get fast cash on digital forums and how to take it to the next leve.

Of course theres the classifieds here as well. you can sell your resell rights products fast using them.

A lot of people toot off about CPA cash doing offline stuff.
