How often do you change your free product giveaway?

For list building, how often do you change your free product giveaway?

Also, after how many solo ad attempts (sends) that you send out to giving lower results than you want (say 20% instead of 35-45% opt in) does it take for you to change your product and/or ads?

If anyone would list here, or PM me your free product giveaways that you think work well and convert for solo ads, please do so.

    I try and send out a free product offer at least once a month to build up my list and I also give away free money making reports and ebooks on my website http://nichebizideas.com on a regular basis.

    Ya know, if any of you list builders out there ever sold a package of something like... "Here's my 12 weeks of follow up emails and products I use to convert and make sales on a regular / daily basis"... I think I'd buy it.
