When creating a sales-page, whether it be on a website or through email campaigns. How must the disclaimers be shown?

Can you have a link to a page that spells out all the required information and/or disclaimers. Or, do you need to write out the whole disclaimer on the page the sales letter is on.

You can actually write a page like this:

    YOURWEBSITE.com/Disclaimer.html

Then add it on your sales page and other places. This is what most of the people online do.

    Thanks.

That is the way I was creating the disclaimer, but I just wanted to confirm that I wasn't doing anything shady. Since I am going to be using PPC to bring in traffic, I didn't want to violate any basic rules on how the disclaimer should be presented.

Yup, thats all you need. Just make sure there is a link to it in the footer of the sales page.

Some people put it at the bottom of their sales page. I just link to my disclaimer page.
