youtube/google account question
I was trying to change the username of my youtube account. I read in quite a few places that you have to go into your settings in youtube and click on the delete my account button and then in the promt box type a reason why you want to cancel it or what name ou want to change to.
This is obviously not done immediately. I am still able to log into youtube using my gmail name but I can not comment on videos and obviously cannot post any videos. When I competed this process that I had read, I got a popup message saying google would have to review this and would take a few days.
This was on monday. I am curious if anyone else has done this and how long it took before your account was active again? I am anxious to start posting videos to promote my new website!
