Hello guys,

I have recently tried making a website, after reading things in the forum. People said that email marketing is best. Should I scratch the website and just make it into a squeeze page and email market? I am new to this, I have no idea how to start.. Can someone please help me?

If you create a free floating squeeze page, you are still going to need to drive traffic to it.

    You can:
    a. Pay for traffic
    b. publish materials on other web 2.0 properties and drive to the squeeze
    c. publish materials on your own site to pull in traffic
    d. choice b and c
    e. choice a,b,c

The current climate is partial to creating an authority site for best results.

This means you create the site about your niche, and you can add that squeeze page on there somewhere.

I have a website and it doesn't have much content but it has a sort of squeeze page, there's a sign up button and you can put your email and stuff in. It looks ugly and like it's not part of the site. Should I buy a fiverr seo package?

Your mind seems to be wondering all over the place. It's something I'm used to dealing with on a daily basis with new students lol

        Let's start with the basics.

I am somebody who you want to sign up through your squeeze page and be a part of your list.

Tell me EXACTLY why I should sign up with you?

Because you will get free content which will help you in betting and gambling, you'll receive updates and you'll learn how to make money online with betting/gambling safely

You're going to teach people how to make money at gambling? Is that really doable for the average person, on a consistent basis, or would you just be giving a lot of addicts a rationalization for their indulgence?

I ask because I know someone whose girlfriend gambled away probably well over $100K of his money (he was a complete pushover). I remember she was bragging for quite some time about all the money she made because for all her many big losses, she managed to win pretty big one time; about $35K as I recall.

She reminded me of a few other gamblers I've met; they remember and brag about their wins, and forget about the much greater losses. No matter how much you point out the obvious (it isn't "making money", if you lost $1000 before making $100), they just can't see it. They will not let anyone dampen their joy at their big "win".

So you can drive traffic to your ugly site?

I think you should fix your main website first.

People say the design is bad, I'm using wordpress should I just try to look for a better theme?

So firstly I should make my website nice and complete, then work on seo

You should make your website look and feel professional because it is the main core of your business. All traffic and leads that you generate will go to your site.
Many internet marketers have take advantage with their site in a way that they keep on improving their website design they make sure that their website design is trendy as well as the contents of their site.

You can do SEO after you publish your website very well and i'm sure that many from your lists will be converted.

    That is very vague.

You say you wish to do email marketing. Have you studied list building or are you interested only because you want to make fast cash?

Internet Marketing is a not a get rich quick scheme. Like setting up any traditional business, to succeed you need a plan.

I wanted to do email marketing because it seemed more doable for me. Getting emails and use the list to market seemed better for me than getting ads or selling affiliate products on my website and trying to get people to click on it.

From what I have read and from reading other posts in the forum a good looking site is key, no need to go overboard but clear, crisp design with an efficient use of white space and well formatted content that is easy to read will always work well.

I have asked this very question myself and the response was incredible, just look around the forum and see what strikes you.

    Good luck!

When you begin email marketing, treat it as a proper business and be prepared to do work. Don't stop by the 10th, 20th, 30th email if you don't get your desired response / action from your list. Stop at the 200th email to make a decision about your list. I'm serious. When you take action, make sure it's massive action. Be prepared to do it long term if you really want to turn it into a serious income stream.

Opt in to as many lists in your market as you can. I've opted into over 200 lists in a market.

After many many months, you'll have plenty of data to work with so you can optimize. It's what separates the newbies from the pros. Don't give up by the 3rd month because you're not seeing results. You're gathering data. That's how you should look at it.

There are internet marketers literally making hundreds of thousands from email marketing alone, and they don't treat it as "something that makes me money". No. They treat it as a proper business.

After, say, a year, you'll have plenty of data to optimize what's working and what's not, and that's when you truly begin building an "automated income machine".

First of all figure, out something of value to provide-- to those that sign up for that list.
Create an optin form/landing page, that has conversions. Next, make sure that you have a autoresponder series setup and ready to go. Last, drive targeted traffic!

You need to, really think up a plan and see how you can best monetize.

After people sign up to your list, make sure that you provide value and then put in some promos...people will get off lists that lack value...real quick.

One thing I have not seen anyone mention - that helps people sign up is offer anyone that shows up to your website site a free gift.

Give a short 8 page report with tips and tricks that tells how they can make money online gambling. By doing so they will sign up to your list which you then will offer your gift.

Do you have any knowledge about internet marketing?
You need to learn up-to-date SEO, develop online marketing skills etc. This comes with time... If you're a fast learner and work at least 8 hours a day, I'd tell you you'll be able to call yourself an amateur in as little as 6 months.
Otherwise it will take at least 1-2 years of experience to understand the issues a bit deeper.
Unfortunately years do count: experiences, experimenting, mistakes, luck or bad luck, success, profit or loss,... there are lots of "ups and downs".

Good luck and don't give up!

wheter free marketing like social media, forum marketing or paid marketing like solo ads, email marketing and ppc they are all useful. but a strategy that works for somebody else might not work best for you. Changing your website into a squeeze page is better because a squeeze page converts traffic better and it's straight forward as it shows what you are selling.

If you want people to sign up to your squeeze page i'd recommend that your squeeze page provide some value such as a free ebook or report. And if it is email marketing you have chosen be sure to continuously send valuable content to your subscribers for example a newsletter. Creating relationships with your subscribers is a lot better and cheaper than going out to find new ones everytime. Returning customers are the best
