I've notified the seller this morning and the site is now OK..It seems like OK when i visit it but i didn't buy so i don't really know whether the login has been compromise or not.

Yikes, that's crazy. Their site seems to be working ok now and you should be able to login as before, if not, send them a support ticket.

For the record the product is good and everything is being done to make the site safe.

UPDATE - Site is still experiencing problems. The hackers are redirecting visitors to a dot net site to steal their money, no doubt. When I posted, I was using my mobile phone and was unaware of the continuing problems.

UPDATE - site is now hosted on the dot NET. It was hacked four times very fiercely!

Just out of curiosity I did a whois on both the .com and .net version. Both were registered on the same day and have the same who.is details and nameservers.

I suspect the redirect is intentional.

Guys, the site is up and working..

Chad's site was hacked by hacking group anonymous, who also apparently attacked 2 other sites as well.

Chad, I and Ron Jenkins spent 1/2 a day fighting these hackers.

Let just say, the latest version of wordpress, even with bulletproof wordpress plugin, htaccess files etc, they still could crash a site..

But its all back up and working again for Chad.

BTW,

I am also very aware the blackhatteam group is sharing registration link out.. We will find out what member is on the inside handing it out..

The sellers are well aware of the issue and have been working with their hosts diligently all night to resolve it and ensure it does not happen again.

The gentleman whose "name escapes you" is Chris "The Moustache" Jenkins. I had a call with him a few hours ago and was assured they are doing everything possible and the integrity and security of the site will not be compromised again.

I promoted this offer to thousands who were happy to view it and many very happy to purchase it.

I myself also have the product and not only is the site secure, the product is fantastic.

Those of you on the fence, don't let a "site hacked" warning deter you, you will not find two individuals more dedicated to a quality product and willing to ensure you get the experience you deserve.

Thanks Dylan yes the site is up and we are really over delivering to our customers for the problems that we had. The customers have been great though and we look forward to helping many of succeed with video!

  Hi. Yes there is an OTO. It's a cool piece of software that yanks keywords from videos. Not that it's hard to do, but it seemed to make it really convenient. It's pushing $30 though

So wondering whether I just compromised my password and username, or was infected, or whatever I promptly logged off and scanned my computer for viruses.   So this morning I tried to log in again (I'm stupid I guess) and was immediately send to an identical looking log-in page. Great. I didn't log in a second time. Maybe it's too late.

I purchased yesterday and was able to access all content last night but today I can login but none of the member content is visable and only the wordpress dashboard is viewable. BTW what I was able to view last night was great. They have done an excellent job.

*****update*****
The software that worked yesterday doesn't register today, this has to be tied into the hacking problem. Usually I refund when I can't access the product but this is an excellent WSO, I watched the videos and used the 1st OTO yesterday. I will wait this out and hope it's resolved soon.

My support ticket, although it was responded to relatively quickly at first, is still unresolved.

However, I just received an email with a downloadable link to the core training videos. I'm downloading now and am anxious to watch them. So the guys are giving it 100%.

In the email, dated Monday, November 5, 2012 7:54 PM (Paris France time), they explained that they are moving things again.

I tell you, I don't know what I'd do in their situation. That Anonomous screen was pretty intimidating.

Maybe I'll get to purchase the OTO someday...

Steven, from all of the feedback from the Tube Probe team, they are doing and have done everything to get their website back on track.

With regard to the training and the software which is a part of the OTO, there's nothing that I have found is affected by the attack.

They are moving the website to another server I believe. In part I flagged up the warning to warn people who wanted to purchase, but my bad was that I didn't know they also owned the dot net domain.

All in all, Chad and Chris have communicated everything to purchasers, and I'm happy that they are communicating rather than leaving us in the dark.

I hope this restores your confidence. I'm a happy customer because of the product and the people behind the product dealing with a very bad situation.

Hey Steven, for what it's worth. Yeah, I'm rethinking the whole wordpress blog thing myself.

But I'll have to say that lately there have been a lot of WSO training about youtube. And I've picked up most of them because I'm a newbie and the training is usually only 10 bucks.

Tube Probe has proven to hit the nail on the head for me. Very useful stuff that I can see myself doing.

And for what it's worth, I just received an answer to my ticket. They're going to a static page.

  So just to clarify what's been said. Yes we were attacked. Yes we used Wordpress. However the vulnerability was in a very famous "IM theme" and no I won't release the name of it. I will tell you, that team over there is working very hard to fix the issue.
  
  It's been a struggle. That hacker chose to make an example out of us and prove a point to all Internet users. Those were his own words. This guy was good. Our team did everything we could to secure things as fast as possible.
  
  I personally have responded to over 500 support tickets, I've had over 20 screen shares on Skype, and I'm answering emails from two accounts. We really care about our customers. I will take care of you.
  
  PS: I'm also giving away one of my other courses to the existing members for hanging in there. Everybody was so very supportive and understanding.

Hello WF,

I only make a comment when something extraordinary happens and the last time I wrote in about exceptional customer service was many moths ago.

However, I bought Tube Probe and the OTO just before the hacking started and I went through the multiple hacks, one after the other that would have sent most people crazy. But Chad (who I was dealing with) was always cool and incredibly helpful. At first I was annoyed but I realised it was not his fault. But as each fix was met by another hack I came to respect this guy immensely. He was always there, always available and always helpful.

I couldn't believe he could actually have a joke with me while he was being hacked to death. Then the next morning there was an email from him asking if I had been able to access my product ok. I hadn't because the site had been hacked again but before I could contact HIM there he was contacting me!

I think that is incredible and I take my hat off to you Chad. You deserve whatever success you get and I am betting it will be huge. Thanks mate for your support. I have downloaded everything now and the software is a gem.
