Using Adwords daily cost estimate to determine good domain names

I read that checking on the adwords daily cost estimate for a keyword is one good indicator of whether it would be good to use as a domain name. However, still being new to this I am not really sure how to gauge what a good cost estimate is for a keyword taking into account other factors like search volume, competition, and CPC. Would appreciate any clarification you can offer. Thanks!

It depends what your strategy is really. The daily cpc gives you an indication of the market. A High CPC / day means there are competitive advertisers in that niche fighting for the keyword. This could be good or bad depending on what you are planning on doing. For example a high cpc means you could earn a lot of money per click with AdSense. But at the same time its probably going to be difficult to rank.

If you are entering the market you want a few thousand exact matches and then investigate from there depending on your strategy.
