My first entry to Warrior Forum. I have yet to find a simple way of making any sort of meager living on line, let alone six-figures a day as everyone promises.
I've discovered two seemingly real people who speak (for all appearances) without a script. I've been scammed twice and bought and returned more turn-key junk than you could count. I want a truly moron proof way to start to make a living on line. l know all the terminology but have difficulty with making and perfecting the simplest of WordPress websites. I recently came across two seemingly straight-shooting guys....Kelly Felix (Bring The Fresh) and Mike Long (OMG Machines.) In the Bring The Fresh pitch Kelly talks about his friend and partner Mike Long. I need some direction for a long-term career change, willing to start with the very basics. But I want fairly immediate results, even if they're only a couple of hundred dollars a week to start.
Does anyone have any advice. Btw, both guys and their offers came from Jon Penberthy in the UK.
I need Warrior Forum experienced advice.
Thanks

My advice would be to stop chasing after "experts". It might not be what you want to hear, but the chances of you getting quick success with IM are very slim. A lot of people invest several months or years before they start getting any type o real success. You're not going to get immediate results. Find an area within IM that you enjoy and feel confident about and stick with it. Jumping from one area to another area just because you're not getting immediate results will leave you in the position you find yourself in at the moment.

Figure out what you're good at and enjoy and try to master it. I think what tends to happen is that these "IM Gurus" make everything sound so easy and promise you the world, but in reality they make their money by telling other people how to make money online with methods they have never used or perfected. It's a sad truth about the IM. If there was an easy trick to get success immediately, then everyone would be doing it.

From my experience so far, this has got to be the best advice for anyone new.

It took me a while to grasp this concept myself, and it's really only been this year that I finally "hunkered down" and said enough ... I have one physical products business and one MLM business - and that is it. Now it's just a matter of FOCUS and taking a little time each day to work on each of my two businesses.

I know I'm not going to "get rich quick" or even make several thousands of bucks a WEEK let alone a day in just a couple of weeks doing what I'm doing. But if you want be really happy and stress-free - you can't just focus on MONEY all the time. You need to do what you enjoy doing and then find a way to monetize that - and above all, be patient.

I'd advise you to check out some of the WSOs here for $10 or less. You can learn a lot and not risk much money. Once you learn more you can invest in a higher priced product, but you can find a lot of value in the free stuff here as well.

I'll be happy to guide you in the right direction if you need anything.

The guys you mention produce very good products that I would recommend to anyone however, rather than just follow them around buying everything they produce, why not analyse them further? What are they doing that keeps you so interested? Chances are you will notice they are using great marketing/selling methods to do this. There are lessons to be learned and replicated here that could help you more so than their next products.

Also, taking action is important. Replicate and test then draw your own conclusions, if you do this enough times you will find something that works for you and then its a case of building on it. I know its a cliche but sometimes you have to keep at it and keep failing and treat it as a numbers game. I.e try so many things that eventually something will stick just through law of averages.

    Don't give up!

Immediate results with an idiot proof formula to make money really does not exist. There is no easy street to earning a full time income online. Many of us have spent time building up our earnings part time until we could get to the hundreds of dollars a week to start that you are asking for.

My suggestion is to choose one of the products that you have been researching and possbly have already purchased and work at it. Put your nose to the grindstone and just keep at it until you start earning.

Yeah dude, there are no shortcuts to anyplace worth going. It's like the guy who wants to be a professional boxer, but doesn't want to get hit in the face.

Sorry to break it to ya, but you have to go out there and learn this stuff by yourself, and get your knees bloody, and take action. There is not one single successful person on here, or in the IM space, who has not had to go out and learn this stuff the hard way.

Yeah I would suggest, writing down what it is you specifically want to do online. Adsense, Amazon, clickbank, CPA offers, what do you want to make money doing? All of them work, but the cats who are successful stick to one thing only and get to be an expert at it.

Kelly and Mike's Bring the Fresh is a good product. They are essentially talking about creating content, and syndicating content all over the place. With of course your link in the content that goes to a product where you get commission.

If you want to make the kind of cash that you say in your post, it is going to take you some time to learn. If you have some capital, then PPC to your blog is a fast way to make money. Otherwise, strap on the helmet my friend and jump in with both feet and take action.

6 figure incomes are away with the fairies!

Get a 2 figure income first and then aim higher... if you want real results try youtube with low cost cpa links that are on trend with what it happening around the globe!

EG: If eveyone starts cooking eggs, get some on point videos up on how to cook eggs, direct them the links to a blog, selling a cpa offer that teaches how to cook eggs.

Do it once, then do it over and over, stop worrying what all the others are saying, worry what you are doing!

Do yourself a favor. Find at least one thing that people are buying online. Then see how people are selling it. Do the same. Once your sales is more than investment, you make profit. Means, you earn money. Right?

Now, keep a few things in mind. These are must. No other way out.

    1. You have to build list.

    2. You have to make friends/networks of likeminded people.

    3. You have to focus on selling and help others selling.

    4. Stop buying shiny things. NOW.

P.S. Bigger the guru, simpler is his own site. Don't wait to make a shiny product to sell and don't buy a shiny product.

I've been there and done that. Made the transition from the 9-5, to living the dream. It is very possible, but is it easy? No it isn't. Here is some real advice for you to think about.

    1) The internet is HUGE obviously, and you can make money in countless ways online. Focus in on one particular area, and learn as MUCH as you can about it.

    2) If you want to make money online, you're going to have to do the time. No way around it. You're not going to make money today, tomorrow or probably next month. But if you are serious about it, and stick with it, you will.

    3) Learn from people who ARE making money online. Don't take advice from people who make nothing online.

    4) Go to events related to your industry. Example: Affiliate Summit West las, vegas

    5) Don't be afraid to fail. The more times you fail, the more likely you will be to succeed later on.

    6) Don't copy, Innovate.

I like this advice. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm not yet "living the dream," to borrow your words, but I'm starting to see the fruits of my labor after 8 months of working hard, spending countless hours online to read, read, and read, and yes, to fail.

It's not easy. Sometimes, I want to give up. But I always believe that I will get there someday. Right now, I'm doubling my effort and working harder than before.

Thanks for the advice, once again.

Sometimes the best education comes from experience - instead of theory. You will hear 101 different options to take, and you will probably act on 0 of them. I suggest you get out there and start doing some free marketing to see how the whole "internet marketing" thing work. Once you see progressive results, scale things up and profit more.

Best way to go is just build your site and do whatever you can to promote it until it brings you money, stop reading or following gurus, you have to try out yourself so you can see what works and what don't work for you.

Haven't had any success yet either. Closer now that I ever have been, though.

    Why?

Because I decided to focus on one thing. Instead of chasing the next big thing, I grabbed a report from my hard drive, opened it up, and got to work.

After a year plus trying to get rich, I realized that I needed to build a business, not throw up a couple websites that never got properly marketed and hope they might succeed.

Yes it's hard work, and I only expect the work to get harder. I was talking to one of my friends today and he mentioned making a second stream of income. I reminded him exactly what it takes. My group of friends maybe sees me once a week. Every other night I get home from work, eat, and get to work on my online business.

If it were easy then everybody would be doing it.

Like OmegaContent said, not believing in the 5 figures income mentioned in sales letter could be helpful. While it may be easy today for some of those "experts" to get thousands of dollars after mailing their lists, these figures may not necessarily be attainable for a person who is just starting out,

However, I believe that having a coach that has achieved what you want to achieve and who knows how to teach can help save time.

As someone else mentioned, wso's can be a way to learn about Internet marketing. Nonetheless, it can be advantageous to go with a method that you feel comfortable with.
