Add videos and make both optimized for mobile viewing.
Also, making frequent updates to your ebooks available to your buyers would make you look being "on top of the game."

Perform research in your planning and preparation phase that is tedious.

Uncover beneficial solutions and secrets that most people are too lazy to find on their own.

After all, the purpose of your e-book is to give your customers a direct answer. They are paying you to avoid the inconvenience of having to do research themselves (if they even know how to).

In order to create high-quality content, you need to do research. Also, you need to brush up on what you are planning to write about.

Research is one thing, studying is another. With research, you can just simply find things such as statistics and jam that into your content. But when you study, you are adding to your knowledge. This way, you understand what you're writing about.

High-quality content is a mixture of research and study. If you understand what you are talking about, your audience will also understand.

I agree study and a lot of research goes into a product, you also need to put it into a context that is easy to use and learn from. Creating different learning mediums, ebook, video, audio as well as work sheets and mind maps help to as we all need different visual and mental aids to help us through a process. Researched resources are always beneficial to a good product to.
The only thing you can't do is take action for the reader but making as easy as possible for them to do so should be the goal of any product.

I am not making an ebook, but I like to buy the ebook that contains what I'm looking for. Like the "step by step to blah blah blah that really working for everyone" or others that based on real research and detailed explanation, not just a thousand of blurry words.
Sorry if my answer off the mark, I am just a reader (though probably not buying and reading your books yet)

I believe that the best way to create good content is to experience what you're talking about.

Personally I would never claim that my products or services work if I haven't try it before.

when you know what you are writing about, the content would always be good

Going above and beyond what others are doing.

For example in my muscle building niche, many just have a free report. I gave a free report and a free 5 day video coaching, which also had many unannounced bonuses as well.

Also speaking in your niches language REALLY helps. You can really connect to them that way providing value for your readers.

  • Value comes from a couple of different things (IMO) -

    1. Intending to Help the Customer and Future Customer - Most content is created for commercial value with the creators interests in mind before the interest of the consumer. Putting the interests of the consumer first is a great starting place.

    2. Becoming an Expert in Your Niche - Investing time to learn about what your customers want and committing to be there for a while. I can create a ton more value after I have been involved in a niche for a year than I could if I just got into that niche today. Sticking to your topic and being consistent will create more value and trust in the long run than almost anything else.

    3. Find Out What is Always Working - There may already be a great solution in your market. Do not be afraid to point somebody to that solution even if it is not yours. They will thank you in the long run.

    4. Become an awesome consumer - Be a person who is a customer of others who provide value. Learn from them and see what makes you like their product and service. Find out what has you be attracted to them. Replicate that in your offer and service. Feel good about making a difference for people.

    5. Always be honest - Although this probably seems like the simplest of the solutions, it is probably the most difficult for most people over the long haul. Your customers are not looking for perfection but they want to be able to trust you. Give them the honor of being able to trust you by being honest with them from the start to finish.

From a tactical standpoint, the feedback in the posts above are brilliant as well.

There is really no substitute for hard work. Usually, the hardest part is the research phase. Especially, if you're not very familiar with the niche.

Basically, what I would recommend is - study everything you can find by other top product creators, then think about how you can improve that quality even more.

It takes a little bit of creativity and brainstorming to come up with great ideas. But I tell you, if you commit to it, you'll always come up with some cool ideas.

Everyone's brain is unique and can produce unique stuff.

    Cheers,

stand from the customers point of view.
instead of asking how we can deliver more for them, become them and think about what they want. Sometime they just want sometime simple to help them solve their problems..
    my 2 cents~
