I never had this problem before, but for some reason GetResponse has stopped sending follow up messages to my subscribers. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with responsiveness. I've manually signed up two emails I use on my webform and checked both their inboxes and their junk folders to see if they'll receive a follow-up message, only to discover that they haven't received any. It's been almost a full day now and the message hasn't appeared anywhere yet.
I've then tried testing a follow up message using the 'test' feature, but that didn't work either.
I've launched an ad campaign where I've received 13 opt-ins (real people) only to have a 0% open rate from all of them (while bearing in mind that this had never happened before).
Finally, I've sent a support ticket to GetResponse's help desk, but I didn't receive a confirmation email in my inbox as I usually do with almost every other service.
It almost seems as if GetResponse has temporarily lost its ability to send emails. Is anyone else having these same issues?
