Can we make money from Indians?

Hello everyone,

I notice that if I put in google trends the keywords affiliate marketing, seo, internet marketing, you see that there is a huge result for Indians, philipines, Nigeria... so my question is can we make money on those nicheas by promoting to them?

Do they pay, have you tried promoting your products to them?

    Yes I've made sales to Indians, no problem. Nigeria, get serious... Philipines should be okay, but I have no experience selling to them.

    Generally speaking visitors from those countries are, from my understanding, and personal experience, not buyers. However, why is that? It is presumed that they don't buy because they don't have the money.

    50% of the market for many internet marketers the US. Out of the remaining 40% of the sales comes from English speaking countries. Of the rest I would presume that we are dealing on average with people who have a high understanding of English. If that is not the case, how likely is it that it would results in sales? And is it not true that most internet marketing products are not tailored for non-western cultures?

    There are 1.24 billion Indians. Ignore them at your own risk.

    That's 1,241,491,960 potential buyers. Not all of them have money, but clearly a LOT of them do.

    You can make money with Indians. Back a while ago I've used to run few Squidoo lenses (it was based on smartphones, androids and iphones), and I was placing some Amazon products, some affiliate products from ClickBank and so on...

    Around 80% of my lens visitors were Indians, and they were buying my affiliate products real nice.

    Like someone said before - Indians are VERY tech savvy, just not all of them have an access to internet or to the online payment processor.

    People from India are just like any other nationality. Some are there to scam you .. some are idiots ... some are smarter than you will ever be ... as a whole .. they are good people .

    Yes, you can absolutely make money from Indians. There is a product in clickbank in the employment / jobs section about translation that seems to convert very well on Indian traffic.
